I had my first session with Rahel the other day. We were 15 minutes in before I realized we had already started. Rahel’s quality of presence was so natural. I felt like I was just having a good conversation with an old friend and yet the session was profoundly therapeutic. 

 

I had no idea what to expect going into this  session. I definitely did not expect to shift a major internal dynamic that had challenged me for 2 years already. Wow. I left our session feeling so much lighter and relieved about an old relationship dynamic that was no longer serving me.
