Diagnoses vs what is really happening

"Instead of treating the diagnosis, WELCOME THE PERSON. This will lead them to health."
…I read in the notes I took during my last Somatic Experiencing training module.
Which makes me think about many things:
1) How f*** wise this is. And how grateful I am that Reiki came into my life, because I strengthen this muscle of "no fixing" with this practice. The first 21 days are for self-practice, and therein I remind myself again & again: let go. Simply allow the energy to flow. It will go where it needs to go to. Trust. As my teacher says beautifully: the rain also doesn’t decide: oh on this place I need to rain a bit more, because this flower needs it more - or there a bit less, because that tree needs…
2) PRESENCE. IS. THE thing that facilitates body-mind-emotion healing. And I‘m so glad I came up with the brand name "@sensitivityofPRESENCE" 1 y ago*: It still resonates so much with me and reminds me what message I want to share with the world when I loose track of what to focus on - with my many interests.
3) How to talk about my work and not just talk about trauma, the nervous system and healing and all these things… without having people focus on and identify with their pain and "limitations"… rather than on their resources, their joys, their gloriousness and perfection? How to convey that the greater focus on and increased sense of deserving- and worthiness of the latter unfold naturally in everyone of us – once some healing has been done (= the nervous system had opportunities to reorganize itself?).
4) Because of the nature of traumatic experiences, diagnoses aka labels can yet increase the focus on and identification with pain, the sense of "something is wrong with ME". I had one especially painful experience like this – and, good or bad?** – it propelled me to change my life completely as this was close to unbearable to be with… My teacher during the Somatic Experiencing training also said "A diagnosis is not necessary equal to what is actually happening"... My training notes:

Hope my rant for today makes sense. If not, please ask and share your thoughts and feelings!
I'm curious also: How does this all land in your body? Do you sense a certain relief? Where in your body? Did emotions come up or shift? Of what flavour are your thoughts (optimistic, pessimistic, trustful...)?
With love,
Rahel

*after my final „genius“-speech at „the awakened leadership training“(with @ricksmith2000 btw it happens in a few days again in Bali, I warmly recommend it)
**Who are we to judge? I find – based on my personal and professional experience: If the person is not equipped with a large enough safety net (external and internal resources) – labels or diagnoses can actually lead us to dangerous places.
