This three-day program offers a somatic approach to rebuilding self-trust through the lens of nervous system awareness. You will learn to recognize the difference between genuine growth and the 'fawn' response—a pattern of self-abandonment often disguised as progress. Each day features a short video insight followed by embodied practices and/or journaling prompts designed to help you sense your own internal signals. The curriculum focuses on reconnecting with the body and processing emotions as a way out of freeze states, as well as establishing a warm, invitational relationship with your authentic needs and desires.
