What if self-trust was not something you had to build from the outside in – but from inside out?

You have read the books. You have done the therapy. You have journaled, meditated, maybe even done a yoga teacher training or two. You know a lot about yourself — which makes it all the more confusing that you regularly override yourself. Say yes when you mean no. Second-guess decisions that seemed clear five minutes ago. Replay conversations in your mind again and again. 

 

Here is what most approaches miss: knowledge is not the same as capacity.

Self-trust does not live in your head. It lives in your body — in a nervous system that feels safe enough to actually feel, to stay with discomfort, to know its own needs, and to act from that knowing.

That is what this program builds. Not more information. Actual, embodied capacity.

I guide you back into your body — so you can feel what is actually true for you, beneath fear, shame, or old relational patterns.

You are emotionally intelligent. Self-aware. You value depth, authenticity, growth. You can name your patterns. You understand where they come from.
 
And: Something keeps not quite landing in your body.
 
There are more moments than you like where you find yourself:​
  • Overrididing what you feel because the timing seems wrong, someone needs something, or they may get upset
  • Saying yes when when something in you quietly knew it was a no
  • Lying awake, replaying conversations and doubting your decisions – wondering if you were too much or not enough
  • Feeling drained in ways you cannot quite name or track back to one thing
  • Going quiet when something actually matters to you, or flooding when you least want to 
  • Sensing there is more truth, more aliveness, more you in there – and not quite accessing it
This is not a character flaw or matter of not enough discipline. And it is not something more information will fix. The mind can know something completely - and the body still does the old thing. Because the body learned its responses long before you had words for any of this.


You cannot think yourself out of an emotion. Out of a protective mechanism. Out of a pattern. 

What shifts is not the second-guessing, the overthinking or the people pleasing disappearing entirely. What shifts is your relationship to it. You learn to catch yourself sooner. To meet yourself with more kindness when you do not. To come back - again and again - with more honesty and more care. That capacity, built slowly in the body, is what changes how you move through life and what you allow in.

"I have tried everything. Why am I still here?"

Many tell you what to do. While not taking into consideration what is true for you. Nor having the knowledge to support you in increasing your capacity to actually do what you want to do. Mindset tools, journaling prompts, and talk therapy can give you incredible insight. But insight alone does not rewire your nervous system.

Real change requires working at the level of the body. Of the nervous system. Of the belief systems that live beneath the surface — not just the behaviours on top.

"Shouldn't I just trust my intuition?"

Always, whenever you have access to it! Here is something not many talk about: not everything that feels like intuition is intuition. Sometimes the body holds survival responses from the past, learned danger associations, old attachment conditioning, and protective strategies that once kept you safe — but now keep you a bit stuck.

I do not teach women to blindly trust every body signal. I help you deepen your relationship with your body so you can learn to discern — fear from truth, old conditioning from genuine knowing, urgency from clarity. That discernment? That is where real self-trust lives.

Look  how I see it, this is for you if:

Who am I, and why does this matter to me?

I am Rahel. And I know this territory so intimately — not from a textbook, but from living it. What I share is born from pain — a pain that was met with a stronger desire to live, to feel alive. A combination that led me to all kinds of places — and, gratefully, also inward.

​For most of my twenties, I walked around with a high-functioning exterior and a very heavy interior. Beautiful smile, seemingly at ease. While nobody guessed: Chronic self-doubt. A loud inner critic. A restlessness that never quite settled.

Dysfunctional family dynamics, eating disorder, a diagnosed sociophobia — my body in survival mode, quietly shouting what I could not yet hear. Romance — would pull the carpet from under me. My sexuality — burdened with shame and a sense of brokenness. My creativity unexpressed and untouched due to fear of failure aka perfectionism. Never really feeling capable enough to create my life in the way I truly wanted.

I've been on a healing journey for over a decade. Such a search — and one that carried the same restlessness I had started with, the same flavour of 'not enough' — the very thing I was trying to heal.

 

Somatic work entered my life about halfway in — and from then, oh, I noticed myself starting to exhale. My body learnt to relax. To open. To truly take life in. Not because life itself got easier. But because I built capacity to be with it. And the resilience to bounce back more quickly from things that momentarily seem to crush me.

 

Today rather than chronically overwhelmed, I feel generally content. And even though I wish certain things were different, I can easily fall back to the deep embodied trust that I've got myself — also when I don't know how things will turn out.

I didn't arrive here because challenges stopped showing up. I arrived here because I built capacity to meet them. That's what I want for you.

1 / Identity & Desire Mapping

We begin with you. Who you are, what you want, what has been in the way. We map your desires — the ones your body lights up for.

2 / Nervous System Safety & Resources

We explore how your nervous system works — and start building your personal toolkit for regulation, grounding, and returning to yourself no matter what's happening in the outside.

3 / Emotional Healing 

We meet the emotions that have been waiting to be met. Especially anger — the fire that moves us out of freeze and fawn. And fear, which we want to take on our hand. The goal is not intensity, but capacity.

4 / Family Dynamics

We explore how the patterns of love, connection, and safety in your family shaped how you relate to yourself and others today. We learn to differentiate between value- and fear-based needs.

5 / Boundaries & Strength

Honoring boundaries is essential to feel safe in this world. We explore the spectrum of no boundaries to rigid boundaries. We work on moving out of collapse and fawn — and into the embodied knowing of what is a yes and what is a no.

6 / Values, Structure & Aligned Action

Living in alignment with your values strengthens your sense of self. Values shape your vision – and gives you direction in all areas of life. We get clear on what is important to you— and bring clarity into how to turn that into action and structure.

7 / Magnetism, Pleasure & Feminine Flow

This session is about opening — to pleasure, to receiving, to leaning back. To the aliveness that's been waiting underneath the tension. An antidote to the "fixing" mentality, pleasure can function as a resource and so help us allowing more of life to flow through us. 

8 / Authentic Communication

We practice the art of expressing uncomfortable truths with honesty and care — not to perform vulnerability and hiding behind pretty words, but to let another person genuinely into your world.

9 / Integration

We weave it all together. You take note of what has shifted – in your body, in your thinking, in how you hold yourself. What's unfolding, and what you want to carry forward.
