Soft Strength
A 6-week workshop series to get acquianted with your nervous system and cultivate capacity to experience the fullness life. To find that strength which doesn't feel forced, and that softness which doesn't feel collapsed. Not a place to fix anything, but to learn to be. That is a lot. And it is enough. In fact the most precious gift to gift oneself in these times.

Safety - Grounding & Orientating
Basic tools for nervous system regulation. The felt safety we're all looking for.

Movement - Following Impulses
Following the body's natural impulses to move, push, curl, shake or tremble is important to release stuck energy. We practice noticing and following these impulses. Includes vocal expressions.

Somatic Awareness - Staying in the Body

Expression - Relating Without Losing Self
Expressing Sensations instead of Stories. Listening. Honoring Needs and Boundaries. Being Seen.

The (often underestimated) importance of meaningful resources that accompany the healing journey.

Integration - Taking it Home
Closing Ritual. Sharing Together
This course combines somatics with community and ritual.
Being means to be able to be in the body. This is what we practice - not through forcing but by allowing what is, even if it's leaving the body.
My desire is for as many people to experience the power of somatics, and to re-access their own power through it.
Who is it for? Anyone open to and interested in somatics, nervous system healing, trauma renegotation.
Note: this is not group therapy, yet therapeutic if you stay with it.
The focus is on slowing down and natural unfolding rather than cathartic experiences and pushing.
From coming home → staying → sensing → moving → relating → integrating
Application
1st Cohort
5 People are eligible. Start: Mid-March. In German. 1 module per week: 3 weeks - 1 week integration break - 3 weeks. No fee - but extensive feedback*.
